Dimitria is a Riverland local, growing up and attending school in Berri.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts (Jurisprudence) and Bachelor of Laws degrees in 1995, Dimitria returned to the Riverland and joined the legal practice of Stuart Andrew, taking over the business after Stuart's retirement in December 2017. Dimitria practices in all areas of the law, including criminal matters, family law matters, wills & estates and commercial and business advice. Dimitria is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is the South Australian Regional Delegate of the Family Law Section – Law Council of Australia.

Dimitria is actively involved in the local community and is the Secretary of the Berri Greek Orthodox Community, Chairperson of Our Lady of the River School Board, and a Director on the RiverDocs ED Board of Management. Dimitria served on the Board of the Berri Hotel Group for 10 years.

Cheng Gouy joined the esteemed team at Andrew & Dale Barristers & Solicitors in late September 2024 as a solicitor. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Adelaide, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from the Australian National University. In addition to his legal qualifications, Cheng also possesses a degree in Commerce, which enhances his analytical and business acumen in legal practice.

With a strong educational background and a commitment to excellence, Cheng is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to clients, leveraging his diverse knowledge and skills to achieve favourable outcomes.

Kristen Hibberd joined the Andrew & Dale Barristers & Solicitors team as a receptionist in 2017. With a strong background in various office roles, Kristen brings a wealth of experience and a dedicated work ethic to the firm. Known for her kindness, friendliness, and helpful nature, she is committed to providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues. Kristen's approachable demeanour and professional skills make her an invaluable member of the Andrew & Dale team.

Liz has worked as a legal secretary for many years obtaining her first position with Stuart Andrew as a school leaver. She has also had periods of time where she has worked as a bookkeeper with a small business in the South East, then back in the Riverland in the insurance industry, before purchasing a small business with her husband which they operated together for some years.

She returned to work for Stuart again in 1998 and has continued to work with him and Dimitria at Andrew & Dale since its inception in 2012. Over the years she has worked in most areas of the law and was primarily employed as the operator of one of the regions first word processors, preparing Wills, Contracts, Leases etc. She has acquired a wealth of experience over time as a result and these days specialises primarily in Wills & Estate matters.

Renee joined the Andrew & Dale Barristers & Solicitors team in 2021 as a Conveyancing Clerk. With a diverse background that includes banking and experience as a hotel receptionist and a beautician, Renee brings a unique blend of skills to her role. Currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, she is dedicated to enhancing her expertise in the field. Renee is known for her friendly and attentive client relations, ensuring that every client receives personalised and professional service. Her varied experience and commitment to client care make her an invaluable asset to the Andrew & Dale team.

Michelle commenced her employment as Office Manager in 2014. She has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Curtin University, Western Australia and since moving to the region in 2006 has run a family vineyard. As Office Manager, she is responsible for the financial operation of the firm meeting the firm’s every need and obligation. Michelle’s varied role includes cash flow, financial reporting to external and internal personnel, and supporting the staff to provide excellent service to all our clients.
